A little more about Madyson:
“Madyson Swope, a Carbondale native, is a junior at Southern Illinois University studying Psychology with a fast track to Criminology and minors in African Studies, Communication, Social Justice, and Criminal Justice. She is a student-athlete on the track team, a lifeguard at the Rec Center and Splash Park, and a gymnastics instructor. Madyson serves as the Social Media Chair for both the National Association of Colored Women and the Black Women Task Force. With a passion for understanding the roots of criminal behavior, she aspires to become a forensic psychologist with the FBI to uncover what truly drives people’s actions and mental health challenges.”
